My mediation hourly rate is $150/hour, purchased in 3 hour blocks.
I recommend on-line mediation sessions, however I am open to an in-person session as well.
If you request the in-person meeting, the travel fee is 1/2 hour of the hourly fee ($75) each way.
Please keep in mind, if you wish a memorandum of understanding to be prepared upon your session’s conclusion, I will charge a 1-hour-fee of $150 to prepare the written memo, that you may and should take to discuss with an attorney of your choice.
